• Planned, built, arranged and organized an in-house customer service office with 30 customer service advocates in a 24/7 operation here in the Philippines.
• Point-of-contact for all PH Team Members, and CEO and Operations Director in the Austin Office

• Devised and implemented a new End of Day report system, resulting a greater synergized Team Leads, Managers and Directors on project workflow.

• Built a team of web developers, graphic designers, content writers, social media managers, customer service representatives and project managers
• In-charge of organizing and monitoring the company-wide (Austin-Philippines) collaboration system from Directors to resources to track the overall progress of multiple projects being done at the same time.
• Manages project and organization timelines. Ensures timely execution of deliverables.
• In-charge of ensuring that the whole Philippines team members are being well informed of their duties, oriented, paid, and are happy workers.
• In-charge of pulling out company’s KPI stats from Google Analytics to various CRMs like 1Shopping Cart and Triangle.
• Organizing daily and weekly meetings for each company division.
